This service is available to assist your provider with obtaining an accurate mental health diagnosis for the purpose of therapeutic and/or medication treatment.
Each patient is required to pay for testing and assessment upfront, you will be provided with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Please bring your medications or a list of current medications with you to the appointment.
You will need to participate in an intake interview with our office manager, as well as a mental status exam with our Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Thrasher.
You will also be given two computerized tests that will aid in the diagnostic assessment.
Once the report is complete, we will submit it to your provider for you.
