Bring a list of ALL current medications with you to each appointment (not just mental health medications).

The fee for an intake psychiatric evaluation with or without medication management assessment with Regan Thrasher, APRN, PMHNP, will be $185, and the fee for a follow up appointment with Regan Thrasher, APRN, PMHNP, will be $75. This clinic operates on a self-pay basis, payments are required prior to being seen. Accepted payments include cash, money order, cashier’s checks, debit/credit cards, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Patients being prescribed medications will need to be seen at least every three months; some medications will require more frequent visits (such as bi-weekly or monthly) until medication stabilization is achieved.
For initial ADHD diagnoses (children and adults), testing may be necessary and is often preferred for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Testing can be completed in office; however, outside testing will be accepted with appropriate documentation to be reviewed and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Labs ordered during your appointment should be completed within 24 hours of your appointment. Labs ordered prior to your follow-up appointments need to be done within 48 hours prior to your next appointment. Inability to complete necessary labs may result in delayed medication refills.
