Please note this practice operates on a self-pay basis as we are not in-network with insurance at this time. Payment is required at the time of service. Upon request, you will be provided with a detailed invoice (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
The fee for an intake psychiatric evaluation with or without medication management with Regan Thrasher, APRN, PMHNP, will be $185, and the fee for a follow up appointment with Regan Thrasher, APRN, PMHNP, will be $75.
Payments accepted include cash, money order, cashier’s checks, debit/credit cards, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment must be received PRIOR to you being seen.
Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be considered a no show.
If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a no show and will have to reschedule to be seen.
As an established patient, if you have two no-show appointments, you will be required to have another intake assessment done in order to be seen again.
