Rates and Fees

Behavioral Health Clinic LLC operates on a self-pay basis. We are not in-network with any insurance carrier at this time.

Psychiatric Evaluation (intake): $185 
Follow-up Appointment: $75 
Forensic and specialty evaluation fees: available upon request 

Upon request, a detailed superbill will be provided that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits. Payment is required at the time of service.
